2019 MLB playoffs preview

October 3, 2019

With the two Wild Card games in the books, we finally have our complete MLB playoff picture. While the Astros and Dodgers might be the favorites in their respected leagues, we will take a look at each series and give predictions as to how each team will fare.

Starting it off on October 3rd, the National League will take center stage with two heavyweight matchups in the NLDS.

The Washington Nationals will start the NLDS on the road at top-seeded Los Angeles Dodgers. The Nationals got to this point after defeating the Milwaukee Brewers 4-3 in an exciting NL Wild Card game on Monday night.

The Nationals will have all they can handle when they take the field against a potent Dodgers baseball club. The Dodgers are winners of 106 games and have been to back to back World Series.

This will be an interesting series with two of the best starting rotations facing off against each other. With Clayton Kershaw and Walker Buehler leading the way for the Dodgers, and Max Scherzer and Stephen Strasburg for the Nationals.
